Premise: Built on the Badgeville platform, the King’s Hawaiian Rewards program focused on customer engagement filled with interactions, games, polls, quizzes, downloads and historical information about King’s Hawaiian. The site included a planned content rollout for multiple months to ensure ongoing consumer engagement with new activities and badges released every week.
Results: Increased pageviews by 300%, increased time spent on website by 500%, decreased bounce rate by 67%, and increased Facebook engagement by 50%.
